Regional Association Coupon Book 2023

For the 8th year, ZOOMcatalog is working with your association to provide your members with a tool that will save them money and drive sales for your suppliers.

• ZOOMcatalog will promote and market the coupon book throughout the year, encouraging distributors to join their local associations for coupon book access and suppliers to join to be included in each region.
• ZOOMcatalog will provide your association with optional and editable marketing materials to ensure your members know about this amazing benefit.
• Participating associations will be featured in the January ZOOMcatalog newsletter, promoting the 2023 coupon books and encouraging distributors to join their local association for access.

About the Program

The ZOOMcatalog Regional Association Coupon Book is a no-cost program designed by the ZOOMcatalog team and several veteran association executive directors to provide regional association members with a tangible and highly valued membership benefit.

If you choose to participate, ZOOMcatalog will provide your regional association with a free digital coupon book filled with supplier coupons (your association chooses the coupons to be included in each region’s individual book). The coupon book helps your distributor members save money by placing orders with your supplier members.

The coupon book program is provided at NO COST by ZOOMcatalog in support of your regional association and the industry as a whole. Distributors can onlyuse the coupons if they are a member of your association. Each supplier coupon will include some type of verifiable discount code for the distributor.

How it Works

1. Your association signs and sends us this agreement by October 14^th.
   
2. By October 14^th, your association will email supplier members the email template below, requesting a coupon to include in the book. 
3. As a reminder to suppliers to upload their coupons before the deadline, you association should send a second email by October 31^st.
4. Suppliers must upload the coupon using the form in the email template by December 5^th.
5. Additionally, your association will provide a cover for the coupon book by December 5^th. (The artwork specifications are listed below.)
6. ZOOMcatalog will send your regional association a list of supplier coupons. You get to select which coupons you would like included in your ZOOMcatalog coupon book. You must select your coupons by December 12^th.
7. ZOOMcatalog will compile and create your digital coupon book. Then we’ll provide your association with a unique link that you can use to share the coupon book with distributor members throughout 2023.
8. Please note: once the book has been compiled and created, changes will only be accommodated if they are absolutely necessary, and charges will apply.
